Focus The primary groups we serve are Puerto Rican/Latino and other children and their families in the City of Hartford with special emphasis on the central and south areas of the city. While Mi Casa's services are culturally oriented high-need Latino families, no one will be turned away because of their race, ethnic, group, language, or beliefs. Vision Mi CASA Family Service and Educational Center, Inc. vision is to conserve and strengthen the cultural and social foundations of Hartford’s families in a multicultural environment.
